Sunil Pandey

Sunil Pandey is the founder of TriAxis Biosciences. A microbiologist trained in Nepal and the United States, his research centers on antimicrobial resistance and wastewater-based epidemiology — the science behind the platform TriAxis is building. He is an ASM Future Leaders Mentoring Fellow and a 2026 Utah Business 40 Under 40 honoree.

Rajen K. Goutam, Ph.D.

Dr. Rajen K. Goutam works in bioinformatics and computational analysis for TriAxis Biosciences, supporting the development of data-driven approaches for wastewater-based antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance. His expertise includes metagenomics, bioinformatics, and translating complex sequencing data into insights that support public health research.

Govinda Dhakal, M.S., M.B.A.

Govinda Dhakal leads business development and strategy at TriAxis Biosciences, connecting the platform's science to the public-health agencies and partners who will use it. He holds an MS in Data Science from the University of Utah School of Medicine (DBMI), an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a BS in Medical Laboratory Science.
